From July 13th to July 14th, 2018, Dexbio held a two-day semi-annual meeting and outdoor team building activities. The purpose of this activity is to summarize the development of the company in the first half of 2018 and plan the work plan for the second half of the year. This activity is mainly divided into four parts: Team Building, Family Banquet, the theme exchange meeting of "My First Half of the Year - Experience Listening and Communication", and a half-year work summary meeting.
1. Team building and expansion
This Team Building Activity hopes to enhance the sense of belonging and familiarity of employees and strengthen team cohesion through different activities. In the ice-breaking session, after a few small games, the members of each group quickly integrated into the new team. Each team has designed team names, team flags, and Team slogan: the Shenfeng Team, the Transcendence Team, the Sun Team, the Sunbird Team, the Tiandi Team, and the wolves Team have started the project competition...
After breaking the ice, each team started theTeam Building PK within and between groups according to the established project.
The Tangram Project divides each team into several groups, and each group achieves its own group goals and team goals through resource exchange. This project enables team members to fully understand the importance of team collaboration and overall goal achievement, experience team information and resource sharing, strengthen the rational allocation of resources, reasonably handle competition, and enhance the overall concept of the importance of achieving team goals.
The "thrilling countdown" project is to
complete the stipulated projects in the stipulated order within the
stipulated time of 99 seconds. The project enabled the members of each
team to understand the importance of formulating efficient plans,
intra-group coordination and rational planning, effective organization,
and unified action, and strengthened team cohesion.
Through the experience of the "Power of Breathing" project, students in each group deeply experienced the importance of efficient communication and excellent execution for the achievement of team goals, as well as the importance of a high sense of responsibility and execution for achieving team goals.
Each team is divided into three groups and trapped on three small islands, and complete team tasks by interpreting task cards. The three small islands simulate three levels of enterprise management: senior-level, middle-level, and basic level. The "Island Survival" project simulates the three-level communication model well. This project enables each team member to fully experience the importance of strengthening communication, determining the priority of work, and cross-departmental information sharing and cooperation in achieving group goals.
How to accurately memorize the values represented by each card in a short 60 seconds and hand them over to the coach in sequence. During the experience of the project, the team members are particularly outstanding in the experience of innovation, internal cooperation and division of labor within the organization, and feeling trust and tacit understanding in the fast-paced.
At the end of the Team Building, we collectively experienced the "team energy" project. All the training team members reintegrated into a large Dexbio team. Our team energy is enough to allow employees weighing up to 85kg to walk on the rope, and it is also enough to drive all members to complete the rope winding 2018 Circle of team goals. Work together, overcome difficulties, and finally achieve team goals and complete tasks. The energy of the team is huge. As long as we follow the team and persist in not giving up, we can all win in the end.
One day of team building activity, the company's employees not only reap the joy brought by the game, but also experience the relationship between team and individuals, the scarcity of resources and the importance of overall goals through various expansion projects. Experience is for perception. Through this experiential training, we will think more about how to carry out our work in the future. We will devote ourselves to our work in the second half of the year with thinking and perception.
2. Family Banquet
The big party of the Dexbio family started. All the staff cheered and toasted together. Warm birthday parties, loud slogans, and wonderful beer competitions ignited the scene again and again.
3. "My First Half of the Year" Listening and CommunicationTheme Meeting
On the morning of July 14th, 17 colleagues from various systems and levels of the company talked about their first half of the year, and at the same time gave advice and suggestions to the company to help the company develop.
In the "Experience Listening and Communication" theme meeting, colleagues in different departments combined with their work experience in the first half of the year, described their growth and gains, difficulties and setbacks, and also put forward valuable suggestions for the company's development. It enables all employees of the company to listen to the inner voices of employees in different departments and positions, and enhances the understanding between departments.
4. Semi-annual work summary and planning meeting
On the afternoon of July 14th, the company held the 2018 semi-annual work summary meeting. The company's senior management team made a semi-annual summary and planning of their respective work in charge. In this semi-annual meeting, all senior executives made an in-depth summary and report on the work they were responsible for, and put forward specific requirements and expectations for all employees of the company.
With the theme of "higher, faster, stronger", the chief scientist looked forward to the company's future planning and development of new products and new technologies, making all employees of the company full of expectations and confidence in Dexbio's new technologies.
The General Manager of the company made a summary from the progress of the company's work in the first half of the year, the problems existing in the first half of the year, and the direction of key breakthroughs in the second half of the year, and made in-depth communication all staff, to have a correct understanding of the development of the enterprise.
At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the company made a wonderful speech "Do not forget the original intention, think while acting", and made a summary and plan for the company's past development and future work orientation.
The two-day semi-annual meeting and outdoor team building activities were successfully concluded. In the second half of 2018, we will listen, communicate, discover, think and act more.
